As soon as water starts being filtered by MicroPurity filter, the maximum life of the product is 12 months. After that, contaminants in your drinking water will start increasing as the filter performance declines, which is not always noticeable by taste. You may notice some changes to your HydroTap eg. the internal tank inside the HydroTap command centre may start taking longer to fill.
For higher volume users (eg commercial customers), the filter may need changing more frequently, based on the amount of water that passes through the filter. Filter changeover frequency can vary depending on usage and incoming water quality.
Non-genuine filters may not deliver the health benefits and protections of contaminant removal.
