How much is delivery?

FREE SHIPPING - ORDERS OVER $200.00  

Shipping $18.50 Including GST applies to orders under $200.00   

Do you deliver to my area?

PlumbingSales delivers to most areas of Australia, refer to DELIVERY page for more information. If your postcode is not in our delivery area please send us an email at info@plumbingsales.com.au and we will provide delivery options available. 

How soon after I place order can I expect delivery?

This will depend on where you live, what you have ordered and which payment method was selected. Bank transfers must be cleared before orders will be despatched.  

Orders are picked and despatched usually within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a shipping email confirmation when your order has been despatched from our warehouse. Refer to DELIVERY destinations page for transit times.

Delays may occur around public holidays, and remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays due to adverse weather conditions.

Can I order online and pick up from your warehouse?

You are most welcome to pick up your order from our distribution warehouse at 23 - 25 Marni Street Dandenong South located in Melbournes South Eastern Suburbs. Select 'PICK UP' method in the checkout cart. Please have your order number with you. Direct Deposit transfers must be cleared before pick up orders will be released.

Which payment methods can I use to place to my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Electronic Bank Transfers. Direct Deposit or Bank Transfers must be cleared before orders are despatched. No fees apply for credit card transactions. Cheque or Cash payment facilities not provided for In Store purchases 

Can I select a delivery day and time?

We will endeavour to accommodate any special delivery requests and urgent orders. Due to the unpredictable nature of transportation and geographic locations within Australia, some services may not be available.

Do your products come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty?

Yes, warranties are supported by suppliers & manufactures of our products. Our products meet Australian Standards Certifications and conform to relevant WELS ratings. We do not stock or sell products that don’t meet these industry standards.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

If absent at time of delivery you can enter Authority to Leave comments at Checkout page. If for unforseable reasons the transport provider is unable to deliver goods, they will attempt to redeliver goods or alternatively leave collection instructions. Orders may be taken to a local transport depot if re delivery has failed. It is the receivers responsibility to collect goods from transport depot, post office or arrange additional re delivery at purchaseres cost. PlumbingSales will not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after goods have been delivered to the nominated delivery address. Delivery instructions not available for orders sent via Australia Post Express satchels.  

Can I nominate a different delivery address to the billing address?

Yes you can enter a different shipping address to your billing address. Simply uncheck the SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS box on checkout page and enter actual delivery address. We cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance you must create separate orders and assign delivery addresses to each order.
