How much is delivery?

FREE SHIPPING - ORDERS OVER $100.00

Shipping $16.50 Including GST applies to orders under $100.00  

Do you deliver to my area?

Plumbingsales delivers to most areas of Australia. If your postcode is not in our delivery area please send us an email at info@plumbingsales.com.au and we will provide delivery options available.

How soon after I place order can I expect delivery?

This will depend on where you live. Orders are picked and despatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been despatched from our warehouse. Delays may occur around public holidays, and remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays due to adverse weather conditions.

Can I order online and pick up from your warehouse?

You are welcome to pick up your order from our distribution warehouse at 23 - 25 Marni Street Dandenong South located in Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs. Select PICKUP / COLLECT option on CHECKOUT and we will send a confirmation email or phone when your order is ready for collection. Please have your order with you

Which payment methods can I use to place to my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No fees apply for credit card transactions.

Can I select a delivery day and time?

We will endeavour to accommodate any special delivery requests. Due to the unpredictable nature of transportation and geographic locations within Australia, some services may not be available.

Do your products come with a manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes, warranties are supported by suppliers & manufactures of our products. Our products meet Australian Standards Certifications and conform to relevant WELS ratings. We do not stock or sell products that don’t meet these industry standards. Refer to WARRANTY page for more information.

Do I have to be available to receive my order?

If absent at time of delivery orders may be taken to a local depot if delivery has failed. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect goods or arrange additional re delivery at purchasers cost. Plumbingsales will not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after goods have been delivered to the nominated delivery address.
