Plumbingsales delivers to most areas in Australia and makes ordering through to receiving your order simple and easy. We deliver to home, place of business or preferred transport depot. We use the professional services of several leading Australian transport & logistics companies. Shipping to Postal Box addresses are despatched via mail satchels or parcels up 5KG maximum only.
Large bulky product(s) - are available for PICK UP / COLLECT only from our Melbourne Warehouse. These products are highlighted MELBOURNE PICK UP ONLY and Shipping option is not avaliable upon checkout with MELBOURNE PICK UP ONLY products in shopping cart.
Customers are welcome to pick up orders from our Dandenong distribution warehouse between 7am & 4pm located at 23 - 25 Marni Street Dandenong South in Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs. Select PICKUP / COLLECT option on CHECKOUT and we will send a confirmation email or phone when your order is ready for collection. Please have your order with you as proof of purchase.
Orders are despatched usually within 1 to 2 days of receiving your order and processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Transit times vary depending upon distance and location. As a guide most metro city deliveries will be 1 – 2 working days and 2 - 3 days for regional areas. Some remote and regional areas may be up to 10 working days.
From time to time, it is possible factors outside of our control may result in delays. Plumbingsales does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays. Plumbingsales reserves the right to not ship to some remote or rural locations. If your postcode is not in our delivery area please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide delivery options available. Delays may occur around public holidays, and remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays due to adverse weather conditions.
Backorders will be despatched as soon as product is available. If unforeseeable delays are experienced from our suppliers, customers will be notified via email or phone. Customers can cancel backorders and receive a full refund in accordance with our Refunds Policy at any time prior to despatch of goods.
Orders may be taken to a local depot if delivery has failed. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect goods or arrange additional re delivery at purchasers cost. PlumbingSales will not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after goods have been delivered to the nominated delivery address.
Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your order, redelivery fees apply for each subsequent delivery attempt.
