Plumbingsales delivers to most areas within Australia. We deliver to residential and business addresses (not commercial building sites) and utilize the professional services of several leading Australian transport companies. Some Regional & Remote destinations that fall outside standard shipping destinations require a shipping quote. To check postcode availability, simply enter destination state & postcode in View Cart or Checkout pages. If your postcode falls outside standard shipping area send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org list item(s) required and postcode and we will email an Out of Area shipping rate for delivery to your location. All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and despatched from our Melbourne Distribution Warehouse
Small items only that fit inside express mail satchels 250mm x 300mm up to 3Kgs can be delivered for orders to Post Box or Parcel Locker shipping addresses
Large bulky product(s) - Pvc Pipe, Copper Lengths, Large Hot Water Units etc are available for PICK UP / COLLECT only from our Melbourne Warehouse. These products are highlighted MELBOURNE PICK UP ONLY and Shipping option is not avaliable upon checkout with MELBOURNE PICK UP ONLY products in shopping cart.
Select PICKUP / COLLECT option upon CHECKOUT and we will send a confirmation email or phone when your order is ready for collection. Please have your order with you as proof of purchase. Payments made by Electronic Bank Transfer must be cleared before orders will be released. Orders can be collected from our warehouse Monday to Friday between 7am & 4pm (excluding public holidays) located at 23 - 25 Marni Street Dandenong South in Melbournes South Eastern Suburbs
Orders are despatched usually within 1 to 2 days of receiving your order on stock lines from our Melbourne warehouse, and processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Transit times vary depending upon distance and your location (Refer delivery schedule below Ex Melbourne). As a guide most metro city deliveries once despatched will be 1 – 2 working days and 2 - 3 days for regional areas. Small orders are generally sent via Australia Express Post Satchels or Carrier priority satchels up to 5Kgs and usually next day delivery to most locations Australia wide. Some remote and regional areas may be up to 10 working days. From time to time it is possible factors outside of our control may result in delays. Plumbingsales does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays. Plumbingsales reserves the right to not ship to some remote or rural locations.
If your postcode is not in our delivery area please send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide delivery options available. Delays may occur around public holidays, and remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays due to adverse weather conditions.
Backorders will be despatched as soon as product is available. If unforseeable delays are experienced from suppliers, customers will be notified via email or phone. Customers can cancel backorders and receive a full refund in accordance with our Refunds Policy at any time prior to despatch of goods.
If absent at time of delivery or authority to leave not provided on order, carrier will attempt to redeliver goods or alternatively leave details for collection at transport depot if re delivery has failed. It is the purchasers responsibility to collect goods or arrange additional re delivery at purchaseres cost. Undeliverable orders sent via Australia Post Express satchels will be taken to nearest Post office for collection. Plumbingsales will not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after goods have been delivered to the nominated delivery address.
Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your order, redelivery fees apply for each subsequent delivery attempt at receivers cost.
This fee is optional on selected items and recommended as we will replace any and all items free of charge if they arrive damaged. If you choose not to take up this optional freight protection fee and items arrive damaged please be aware that there is no insurance on these items.
Delivery insurance covers only damage occurred through transporting the items from our warehouse to your designated delivery address. All deliveries should be checked upon receiving, as claims for delivery insurance can only be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
