The SNE under sink point of use water heater IS OPEN VENTED AND MUST BE INSTALLED WITH A STIEBEL ELTRON open vented tap. Not suitable for installation at a basin as a tempering valve or TMV cannot be fitted with this water heater. SNE 5 open vented units are not suitable for installation with standard mixer taps or conventional tapware. Must be installed by a qualified licensed person in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and all relevant plumbing and electrical regulations.
